Every three years finds the Society for Craft Fairs Ltd. (GHM) World Fair for Bakery, pastry shop and snacks in Munich The trade fair includes Products and technologies, which are relevant for bakers and confectioners of all sizes, decision-makers from the bakery and confectionery industries as well as the food retail trade: from raw materials, baking ingredients, frozen baked goods, production and packaging technology, process optimization and information technology to complete interior fittings for bakeries, confectioneries or cafés.

With quality, variety, trends and innovations, the World Trade Fair for Bakery, Confectionery and Snacks will be a total of ten halls of the exhibition grounds. Michael Wippler, President some Central Association of the German Bakery Trade, explains: "In Exceptional year 2021 we have explored the world virtually with the digital format iba.Connecting Experts successfully connected. Now we can hardly wait to finally welcome the bakery world back to Munich in 2023.
