Indoor Air postponed to October 2021

Due to the tightening of the nationwide Infection Protection Act, the trade fair for ventilation and air quality planned for June has been postponed to October 2021.

Following agreement with the industry and at the industry’s continued express request, this will now take place from 5 to 7 October 2021 as a face-to-face trade fair in Frankfurt am Main.

"The response from the industry was great right from the start and the high relevance of the topic for the general public is undisputed. The decision is therefore not easy. But the current pandemic situation and the resulting further official restrictions require this step," explains Wolfgang Marzin, Chairman of the Management Board of Messe Frankfurt GmbH, the situation and adds: "Now is the time from which Exhibitors would have to invest That's why we made this decision together with our partners."

Christoph Kaup, Chairman of the Building Climate Association (FGK), expressed his regret, while stressing, in agreement with Messe Frankfurt, that it was only sensible and professional to make this decision now in order to ensure the success of the trade fair and provide planning security for all involved. "As an industry, we continue to Indoor Air and look forward to the new date at the beginning of October. Because ensuring a high air quality is a sustainable topic with high social relevance today and in the future."
