Read aloud:

"Those who don't move with the times, are swept away by the times."

Starting on July 9th, the new column "Workbench + Change" by Daniel-John Riedl and Markus Mazur will be published every two weeks on handwerksblatt.de, offering inspiration and food for thought.

Dear Handwerksblatt community! I am pleased to announce that, starting today, our column "Workbench + Change" will regularly share content with you that will hopefully entertain, inspire, disturb in the best sense, or even help you move forward.

I'm Daniel-John Riedl , and I'm one of those people you guys like to call marketing geeks . So you've heard of me. At least there's that. 😊

There are reasons why I ended up in communications 20 years ago , and reasons why, for the past few years, my friend Markus and I have focused on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurship . It's sustainability and value creation that fascinate us. And it's the challenging context of the digital world that motivates us. Here, I hope, and we hope, that our column can provide some added value.

"Workbench + Change" will be published every two weeks in the future

Crafts and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs): quality, reliability, and honest, genuine craftsmanship. Trust and consistency. At the same time, the environment is changing rapidly: digitalization, skills shortages, new customer expectations, and new communication channels present daily challenges for businesses.

"Workbench + Change" illuminates the interface between tradition and transformation. Practical, strategic, and with a clear focus on the realities of the workplace or organization. Hopefully.

Starting Thursday, July 9th, we would like to provide short episodes every two weeks with inspiration, guidance and concrete ideas for entrepreneurs who not only want to understand and execute their craft, but also want to position themselves for the future in terms of communication and digital technology.

The workbench remains.
But the world she lives in is changing.

See you around.
