Double tax bonus for married couples with two apartments
If a married couple lives in two apartments, the tax bonus applies to both apartments if the corresponding tradesman's work has been carried out in them.

The Baden-Württemberg Finance Court has ruled that married couples can claim multiple tax reliefs if they live in multiple apartments, as in this case, for example, for health reasons. The judges' reasoning: The tax relief is property-specific.
