Short explanatory videos offer an easy introduction to the topics surrounding the changing world of work. Furthermore, new methods and concepts for successful change processes within companies can be tested. "Because change requires the active participation and dialogue of all company stakeholders – from employees and managers to employee representatives. The " Brandenburg Future Center " project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Social Fund as part of the "Future Centers" program, and co-financed by the Brandenburg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor and Energy using funds from the State of Brandenburg.
