The Hessian Founders’ Prizes were awarded at a ceremony in the locomotive shed in Marburg at the beginning of November.
Twelve innovative companies from Hesse were honored in four categories . The award, which was also supported by an open online vote , recognizes courageous and innovative founders who are shaping the future of the working world with creative ideas.
The prize went to flexfy from Ober-Ramstadt. The company impressed with a flexible and wireless power supply system that can be integrated directly into walls and ceilings. Also recognized were Croowy , which offers a platform for automated contract negotiations between hotels and airlines , and Scavenger AI , which facilitates data-driven decision-making for businesses . Minister of Economic Affairs Kaweh Mansoori emphasized that Hesse's founders are indispensable to a dynamic economy thanks to their entrepreneurial spirit.
The prize in this category went to trackIT Systems from Cölbe, which develops innovative digital solutions for wildlife research . Other winners included Cleenr , which patented a cigarette butt vacuum cleaner , and Bewegte Inklusion , which creates inclusive sports programs for blind and visually impaired people . Dr. Frank Martin from the Hessian Employment Agency praised the social significance of these startups in uncertain times.
The KE Group from Trebur was awarded for its innovative event technology . In this category, which honors companies that carry on the entrepreneurial spirit through acquisitions, other winners included Agotrans , a logistics service provider, and Drausy , which offers systems for the sustainable stabilization of waterways . Sven Volkert from the Hessian Guarantee Bank praised the courage and skill required for successful successions.

Clever Sole from Friedberg impressed with an orthopedic shoe insole with GPS and a fall sensor, specifically designed for people with dementia . Happy , a method for determining the age of cells , and dianovi , which provides a decision-making system for emergency rooms , were also honored. Professor Dennis Lotter , who gave the laudatory speech in this category, emphasized the important role of universities as incubators for innovation. This year's event not only showcased the innovative power of the founders but also highlighted the significance of the Hessian Founders' Award for building trust and recognition in the business world. "This award opens doors and fosters trust among customers ," emphasized Elisabeth Neumann of KIZ SINNOVA gGmbH.

Sparkasse Marburg-Biedenkopf has been a partner of the prize for many years and emphasized the important role of this support. Dr. Thomas Spies , Mayor of Marburg, passed the baton of hosting the next prize to Mayor Christian Vogt of Hofheim am Taunus. Vogt explained: "The prize is a perfect fit for Hofheim – a city with its own long history of entrepreneurship." For over two decades, the Hessian Founders' Prize has provided Hessian companies with an important platform for entrepreneurial spirit and innovation in Hesse.
