" Pride comes before a fall ," as the saying goes. But is that really true? I believe there are times and situations when a bit of courage is beneficial! Because anyone considering starting a business or taking over an existing one needs an extraordinary amount of courage . Courage to think big, not to hide their abilities, and to want to make a difference.

Important transformative force

I am convinced that entrepreneurship is one of the most important forces driving transformation in our country. Because it is where people operate who not only observe change but actively shape it . Especially in times of great upheaval, whether through digitalization, climate change, or demographics, progress and adaptability often originate first in companies and businesses. It is there that things are tested, improved, and further developed. It is there that problems are solved and marketable products, services, or technologies are developed from ideas.

This transformative power is particularly evident in the skilled trades: Here, tradition and innovation are intertwined . And especially when taking over a business, you don't simply follow the existing model: You develop it further. You modernize processes, implement digital tools, and develop sustainable solutions.
