What began in 1828 with millers, wood-fired ovens, and horse-drawn carts has evolved in the 21st century into a fully certified slow-baking bakery with 23 bakery shops and cafés in and around Limburg. Horse-drawn carriages have been replaced by delivery vans, mail orders by an online store, and internal communication by letter by an employee information system. As their business grew, owners Dominique and Sascha Huth also decided to replace their existing standalone payroll and accounting systems with integrated software . This minimized their administrative workload and allowed them to maintain a clear overview of business development despite the company's growth.
