44 recommendations for easier founding

The BMWK and the Federal Statistical Office have conducted a practical review of business start-ups. The result is 44 recommendations for action to eliminate bureaucratic hurdles in business start-ups and company successions.

Together with the states of Baden-Württemberg and North Rhine-Westphalia, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWK) and the Federal Statistical Office conducted a practical review of business start-ups to simplify the process of starting a business and taking over existing businesses . The review resulted in 44 recommendations for action aimed at eliminating bureaucratic hurdles in business start-ups and successions.

Dynamic forms with integrated plausibility checks are recommended for tax registration, along with optimizing the tax identification number issuance process and using clearer language in forms. All 44 recommendations and implementation proposals are summarized in a results document . The Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology (BMK) intends to monitor the implementation of these recommendations in cooperation with stakeholders .
