Better training for female trainees

The Cologne Women's Crafts Association has created a brochure with apprentices. The "Handbook for Trainers – From the Perspective of (Female) Apprentices" contains tips on how to improve the working atmosphere and job satisfaction.

How do I teach well as a trainer? How do I treat my trainees fairly? What can I improve as a trainer? These questions are at the heart of the "Manual for trainers – from the perspective of (female) trainees" who Craftswomen's House Cologne developed together with young women based on their experiences and ideas.

The "Handbook for Trainers - from the perspective of (female) trainees" is free as a PDF file A printed version of the twelve-page brochure is also available free of charge by email can be ordered by specifying the quantity.
