The Federal Cabinet has the Ministry of Justice Special Report submitted by the Federal government Status of bureaucracy reduction The report is entitled "Better Regulation and Bureaucracy Reduction in the 20th Legislative Term" and provides an overview of all completed, ongoing and planned measures.
"Our companies are suffering from a Bureaucratic burnout. On the other hand, we have the Bureaucracy Reduction Act IV and an European bureaucracy reduction initiative strong measures put in place, says Justice Minister Marco Buschmann (FDP). But there is more on the agenda. "Because reducing bureaucracy is a Permanent and cross-sectional task for the entire federal governmentWe must free our companies from their bureaucratic shackles."
Disillusionment in the craft industry
The craft industry looks disillusioned on what has been achieved so far and speaks of a rather low relief volume, leaving great potential unused and compensating for the burdens already introduced in this legislative period cannot even begin to compensateIt is therefore long overdue that the Relief proposals from the craft sector would be implemented. With the announced fourth Bureaucracy Reduction Act (BEG IV), the federal government has the opportunity to get this underway.
