Championnat du Chocolat: When chocolate dreams come true

The confectionery trade was once again in the spotlight at the fifth "Championnat du Chocolat" of the Koblenz Chamber of Crafts. For the first time, the German Chocolate Championship took place as part of the event.

Over 3.800 visitors gathered at the Electoral Palace in March for the " Championnat du Chocolat " organized by the Koblenz Chamber of Skilled Crafts , to immerse themselves in the world of chocolate . One of the event's aims is to highlight the importance of artisanal food production . With renowned exhibitors and their products , demonstrations , and tips and tricks , the event showcased the full spectrum of this sweet treat.

Furthermore, the German Championships in the " Chocolate Artistic " and " Chocolate Freestyle " competitions took place for the first time. Apprentices , journeymen , and master craftsmen alike demonstrated their skills there.
