We are looking for companies that offer their trainees the world as a place for learning and experience. Whether to Spain, Norway, or even Japan, for three months or three weeks, whether several trainees every year or an employee for the first time: The 2026 company award from Vocational Training Without Borders aims to recognize companies that make international internships possible and are committed to this area.

The prize is intended to give companies the opportunity to present themselves as attractive employers who make stays abroad possible during or after training.

Applications can be submitted until September 1, 2026. The winners will be honored at a ceremony in Berlin on November 17, 2026, and will receive a professional promotional video.
