"This year's award winners impressively demonstrate the diverse ways in which an attractive employer can be today. Whether in hotels, skilled trades, municipal utilities, or industry: successful companies rely on trust, personal responsibility, and the ideas of their employees. They invest in professional development, seize the opportunities of digitalization, and create working conditions that suit different phases of life. It is precisely this openness to new approaches that makes companies future-proof – and simultaneously strengthens Rhineland-Palatinate as a business location," said Minister of Economic Affairs Michael Ebling in his welcoming address (photo).
