This training program equips participants with key leadership skills to confidently meet the demands of a managerial role within a company. The focus is on communication, employee motivation, and the professional handling of conflicts and challenging situations in everyday work.
Participants learn to reflect on their own leadership style, to effectively develop employees, and to successfully implement company goals through clear communication and assertiveness. At the same time, they are taught practical strategies for sustainably improving collaboration and team satisfaction.
The course is aimed at entrepreneurs as well as specialists and managers who want to specifically develop their leadership skills.
