Master Baker Preparation Course: Part II (part-time)

In this advanced training course, participants acquire comprehensive theoretical knowledge required for the successful master craftsman examination in the baking trade.

The training focuses on topics such as specialist technology, food chemistry, hygiene, baking technology, materials science, technical mathematics and legal issues.

Participants deepen their expertise in the production of high-quality baked goods, learn to confidently apply technological principles, and expand their competencies in quality, production processes, and business organization. This lays the foundation for responsible leadership roles or for taking the step into self-employment.
