Main entrance of the Chamber of Skilled Crafts closed

Due to construction work, the main entrance of the Saarland Chamber of Skilled Crafts will be unusable until approximately the end of September.

Visitors to the Saarland Chamber of Skilled Crafts (HWK) are requested to note the following information: Work has begun on the renewal of the sidewalk along Hohenzollernstrasse in the area in front of the HWK administration building.

The construction work is being carried out on behalf of the city of Saarbrücken and is expected to last approximately six weeks, until the end of September 2026. During this period, the main entrance of the Chamber of Skilled Crafts (HWK) administration building will be closed. Simultaneously, the existing bicycle path on Hohenzollernstraße will be extended by an additional 750 meters to a total length of 1.300 meters. This section lies between Roonstraße and Malstatter Straße.

Access to the administration building during the construction period

Access to the administration building is only possible via the following two entrances throughout the entire construction phase:

• Side entrance to the Roonstraße parking lot (GTZ)
• Side entrance between AWO and the Academy of Crafts (AdH)

"Please use only these two entrances from now on during the entire construction phase and observe the corresponding signage on site."
