The St. Ingbert salon "Friseur Ganster" has been certified as a family-friendly business. A significant accolade!
Master hairdresser and business owner Nico Ganster, who runs the family business in its fourth generation, is deeply committed to reconciling family and career and taking into account the diverse life situations of his employees. For this commitment, the salon received its initial certification in mid-May from Dr. Anita Lorenzen of Saaris, Hans-Ulrich Thalhofer, Deputy Managing Director of the Saarland Chamber of Skilled Crafts, and Darius Nadery, Head of Business Consulting at the Chamber of Skilled Crafts.
The company, with around 20 employees, already implements various measures to facilitate a good work-life balance. These include flexible working hours, individually tailored part-time models and re-entry opportunities, as well as reliable and transparent shift planning. This allows employees to better reconcile private obligations and professional demands.
Employees also find support during challenging life situations.
