Further expand cooperation across national borders

Hans-Ulrich Thalhofer, deputy managing director of the Saarland Chamber of Skilled Crafts, participated for the first time in the managing directors' conference of the Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland working group of chambers of skilled crafts in the region.

The meeting focused on current political and economic issues as well as internal organizational coordination. Thalhofer emphasized the importance of close cooperation with neighboring chambers in Rhineland-Palatinate: "The challenges facing our member businesses are the same. Craft businesses need skilled workers, reliable political framework conditions, and a strong chamber of crafts organization at their side."

The aim is to further expand and deepen cooperation across national borders.
