In this Chamber of Skilled Crafts training course, participants acquire sound knowledge in commercial business management.
The course focuses on business fundamentals, the assessment of the competitiveness of companies, and the development of corporate management strategies.
Participants learn to plan start-up and acquisition activities , assess business relationships , and apply their knowledge to practical business management. Additionally, communication and presentation techniques for business transactions are taught.
Background: Training target audience The course is aimed at individuals with a recognized vocational qualification in a commercial-technical or other non-commercial apprenticeship occupation who wish to expand their commercial knowledge and prepare for advanced tasks in business management.
