In this advanced training course at the Saarland Master and Technician School (SMTS), participants prepare specifically for the master craftsman examination.
Participants in the SMTS advanced training program acquire the necessary technical, economic, and pedagogical skills for responsible management roles within a company. The focus is on deepening practical knowledge in their respective trade, as well as content from business administration, law, and vocational training pedagogy. The goal is to comprehensively prepare participants for the role of master craftsman.
