Leading organizations of German crafts have elected

The regional craft sector continues to be strongly represented in Berlin by Kurt Krautscheid as a member of the ZDH presidium and Joachim Noll as DHKT vice president.

Kurt Krautscheid, President of the Koblenz Chamber of Skilled Crafts (HwK) since 2014, was re-elected to the Presidium of the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts (ZDH) at the German Skilled Crafts Congress in Frankfurt am Main. The 64-year-old self-employed master roofer from Neustadt (Wied) has been a member of the ZDH Presidium since 2015. The Presidium's task is to ensure the unified decision-making of the ZDH and to facilitate cooperation with leading bodies in the economic, social, and cultural spheres.

Joachim Noll, Vice President for Employees at the Koblenz Chamber of Skilled Crafts since 2012, was also re-elected as Vice President for Employees at the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts (DHKT). Since 2020, the 59-year-old master automotive mechanic from Stebach (Westerwald) has been advocating for balanced policies for the skilled trades in this position.

Thus, the skilled trades from northern Rhineland-Palatinate remain strongly represented at the federal level.
