250 women came to their Barcamp
The special discussion format in Mülheim-Kärlich covered topics such as career, entrepreneurship, leadership and future issues.
The women's barcamp, an open platform for exchange, knowledge transfer, and networking, attracted 250 participants who engaged in dialogue on topics such as career, entrepreneurship, and leadership. The event in Mülheim-Kärlich offered discussion and inspiration on subjects like financial security, business plan development, starting a business, opportunities for business succession, employee management for new leaders, the use of artificial intelligence for freelancers and SMEs, work-life balance, and support opportunities for women.
A highlight was the participants' own sessions, in which first-hand perspectives and experiences were shared – a lively and entertaining format within a one-day event that was very well received.
