Webinar on employer attractiveness

The Trier Chamber of Skilled Crafts is providing information about a web seminar that is taking place as part of the project "Craftsmanship attractive Rhineland-Palatinate".

Many craft businesses offer good working conditions – but struggle to clearly articulate what makes them stand out as employers. This is often the reason why potential skilled workers don't feel drawn to them. In this webinar, you will learn how to clearly define and present your company's strengths as an employer in order to attract the right candidates. You will identify which aspects are important to skilled workers and how to make your daily work, the work environment, the team, and your own strengths tangible.

The goal is to create a clear foundation on which all further employee recruitment measures can be built – from social media to your website to job advertisements.

The following topics will be covered in the seminar:

  • What does your company stand for as an employer?
  • What factors are crucial for skilled workers?
  • How do you clearly and understandably articulate your strengths?
  • What is the basis for a convincing public image?
