Get further training subsidized with grants

With QualiScheck and in-house training, companies can reduce costs and thus strengthen the skills of their employees.

Developing skilled workers takes time and money – both of which are often scarce in day-to-day business. Many companies therefore postpone further training, even though it is urgently needed. Employees also frequently forgo qualifications due to a lack of support. This is where funding programs from the state of Rhineland-Palatinate come in: QualiScheck and company-based training. These subsidies can significantly reduce training costs – a simple way to secure skilled workers and strengthen competitiveness. 

The QualiScheck (Qualification Voucher) is aimed at employees and covers up to 60 percent of the costs, with a maximum of €1.500. It funds job-related training courses. The application must be submitted before the course begins. Companies can receive a subsidy of up to 50 percent through the In-Company Training program, also with a maximum of €1.500 per person or €30.000 per year. External training courses or in-house seminars are eligible for funding, including certain personnel and material costs.
