Eight success codes for future viability

Workshop at the Trier Chamber of Skilled Crafts on August 25: The eight crucial potential areas for securing skilled workers in the company.

The world of work in the skilled trades is undergoing challenging changes. Demanding customers, fluctuating workloads, pressure to meet order volumes, excessive bureaucracy, and the constant worry of finding enough suitable employees characterize daily life. In today's lifestyles, private time is at least as important as work and earning a living. Therefore, a shared mission, goals, values, ground rules, purpose, and recognition are needed for those with whom one works and with whom one wants to achieve something.

Stefan Grassmann from Simonis ServiceKultur® examines the eight most important potential areas and key positions in the company:

  1. Shared values, rules of the game, and loyalty
  2. What does "leading" even mean here?
  3. A culture of learning from mistakes and how to deal with criticism
  4. Bullying, ghosting, or the best workplace?
  5. Work-life balance – how does that work in the skilled trades?
  6. Just labor, or also the human being – how do we support our people?
  7. No news is good news? Turbo appreciation
  8. How do we create a place where we enjoy working and do well?

This is what participants can expect:

  • Exciting input for all eight potential areas and concrete impulses for the reality of the trades.
  • Direct application of the "Success Code Potential Self-Test" so that you know where you stand.
  • Discover what truly makes the company strong.
  • Identify which of the eight key potentials are still open and get initial ideas for how to proceed.

And what happens next?

The full-day workshop "How future-proof is your company? Secure your valuable skilled workers" together with Stefan Grassmann is the perfect follow-up event for further study.

The event takes place as part of the "Handwerk attraktiv RLP" project and is funded by the Rhineland-Palatinate Ministry of Economic Affairs, Tourism, Energy and Climate.
