Vocational school classes awarded for creative ideas against violence

The trainee prevention program "Youth Wants to Live Safely" has recognized vocational school students for their creative ideas against violence. This year's motto was "Violence-free? I'm in!".

With posters, board games, and impressive films, students from vocational schools have demonstrated their ingenuity in addressing the topic of violence prevention, according to a press release from the German Social Accident Insurance (DGUV). The six regional associations have recognized the winners of the creative competition in the current "Youth Wants to Live Safely" prevention program for these exceptional contributions. We list the top three winners from each regional association below:

Regional Association Central/Thuringia

1st place: Karl-Volkmar-Stoy-School Jena , class KGA24, project group work "Mystery - hidden conflicts"

2nd place: SBBZ Ernst Arnold Greiz , class BG 13 GMT, various animated films

2nd place: Ludwig-Erhard-School Erfurt , class FOS II 24.3, poster, caricatures, self-designed board game, video contribution and poem

3rd place: Vocational schools in the Wetterau district of Butzbach , class 12BFUT, Memory game

1st place: Berufskolleg Senne (Bielefeld), class GMF 3, video "De-escalation"

2nd place: Vera Beckers Vocational College (Krefeld), class AKO41, game "Courage suits you well"

3rd place: Alfons Goppel State Vocational School Center , class THTI12, video "Escalation in the sewing room - No to violence!".
