With the retrospective "At the Turning Point", the German Leather Museum in Offenbach am Main will present one last major exhibition from June 12, 2026 until the beginning of 2027 before its general structural renovation.
The German Leather Museum celebrates in the year 2027 marks its 110th anniversary. At the same time, next year will see the temporary closure of the museum, as the building is undergoing a complete structural renovation. Before that, starting from... Over its 110-year history, the German Leather Museum has hosted around 150 exhibitions, over 30.000 objects, and countless stories: visitors can experience, on the one hand, the exhibition Insights into the museum's past win, on the other hand, a Outlook on possible future design given.
