OneQrew acquires Infleet and integrates its telematics platform
Trades businesses using OneQrew software can now save time and money. Infleet's integrated telematics platform shows them where their vehicles, tools, and machinery are in use.
OneQrew, a software provider for tradespeople, has acquired Infleet GmbH and integrated its telematics platform directly into its own ERP ecosystem. Infleet 's portfolio includes GPS tracking , route optimization , BLE-based asset tracking , and automated logbooks.
"The integration of Infleet into the OneQrew platform makes telematics data directly usable in business processes for the first time ," OneQrew explains in a press release. From project assignment and time tracking to post-calculation and scheduling with route optimization, the same operational data basis is used. The result is a seamless chain – from the order and deployment planning, including vehicles and equipment on the construction site, to payroll processing in the ERP system.

Infleet in practice
Dr. Benno Quade, Co-CEO of OneQrew Photo: © OneQrew GmbHA scaffolding company can know at a glance which construction site its scaffolding frames are located on and how long they've been there. The GPS data flows directly into the time tracking system – the logbook is generated automatically, and project allocation and payroll are handled in the ERP system without manual input. "We're making Infleet available to over 45.000 trades businesses, not as a standalone solution, but deeply integrated into the ERP processes our customers use every day," says Benno Quade , Co-CEO of OneQrew.
When a trades business receives a call, the AI office assistant HalloPetra (see also the online article " AI telephone assistant Petra: much more than just an answering machine " on handwerksblatt.de) can dispatch the next available technician via Infleet, optimizing the route so that the end customer receives a reliable, real-time estimated time of arrival. According to Quade, the service call is automatically documented in the ERP system. "That's the level of integration we want to deliver – from the initial call to the final invoice."
According to OneQrew, Infleet will remain available on the market as a standalone solution . Its API-first architecture enables connections to third-party systems; existing integrations and partnerships will continue.
