In the latest version of Zubido's digital training log, AI can compare trainees' entries with the learning objectives of the training framework curriculum. It also includes other useful features.

With the update to the digital training log, the Berlin-based software provider is addressing "one of the oldest unresolved pain points in dual vocational training"—the reconciliation between documented practice and the binding requirements of the training framework. This reconciliation has so far been a manual, painstaking task—and therefore has not effectively taken place in most companies. "Gaps in the vocational profile often only become apparent during the intermediate or final examination," Zubido stated in a press release.

Here's how the new feature works: Trainees continue to record their reports in Zubido using natural language. The AI ​​then analyzes their entries and assigns the described activities to the corresponding positions in the training framework. This allows training managers to see, for each learning objective, which content has already been covered and where gaps exist.

Zubido assures that the AI ​​processing takes place in a protected silo within each trainee's own system. The data is used exclusively for comparing reports with the training framework and is not incorporated into any AI training – neither internally nor externally.

An optional AI writing assistant finds errors, improves phrasing, or translates, but does not write reports. Trainees can also have their entries checked by the AI ​​before submitting them and receive specific, pedagogically prepared optimization suggestions.
