To find and retain employees, businesses increasingly need to invest more time and creativity. The Chambers of Skilled Crafts in Rhineland-Palatinate support them in the "Skilled Crafts Attractive" project with a series of workshops – both online and in person.

To support businesses in this challenging leadership and communication task, the Chambers of Skilled Crafts in Rhineland-Palatinate have jointly compiled a comprehensive program.
As part of the "Craftsmanship Attractive" project, new analog and digital services are available in the areas of employee recruitment and retention.
"We are starting with a webinar series that will teach all aspects of digital employee recruitment in a practical way, step by step, from employer branding and choosing the right channels to content creation and your own corporate influencers," says project coordinator Claudia Maisner from the Koblenz Chamber of Skilled Crafts.
In August and September 2026, each Chamber of Skilled Crafts will host a live event on the topic of securing skilled workers . This will be followed by in-person full-day workshops and half-day digital workshops. Both formats, led by different speakers, will focus on employee retention.
These workshops are aimed at owners, managers, and aspiring managers. "The important areas of communication and leadership are addressed here in a protected environment with a limited number of participants. This ensures meaningful exchange among participants and concrete results for everyone," emphasizes Claudia Maisner.
