Sabrina Luther is being awarded the Gold Craftsman's Badge – one of the highest honors in the skilled trades. The lawyer has been the managing director of the Federal Guild and Federal Association of Scaffolding Contractors since 2011.

For her services to skilled trades in Germany , Sabrina Luther , Managing Director of the Federal Guild and Federal Association of Scaffolding Contractors , has received the Gold Craftsman's Badge – the highest award bestowed by the German Confederation of Skilled Crafts (ZDH) . ZDH Secretary General Holger Schwannecke presented the award to Sabrina Luther at the opening of the industry's national conference in Düsseldorf.

The lawyer has been the managing director of the Federal Guild and Federal Association of Scaffolding Contractors, based in Cologne, since 2011. Additionally, from 2011 until its merger with the Federal Association of Scaffolding Contractors in 2021, she was the managing director of the Quality Assurance Association for Steel Scaffolding Construction, and until 2022, she was the Secretary General of the Union of European Scaffolding Contractors (UEC).

Scaffolding craftsmanship designed and carried forward

"Sabrina Luther didn't just manage the scaffolding trade. She shaped it, propelled it forward, and gave this craft a compelling form with feminine strength and human warmth," said Schwannecke. She combines reliability and assertiveness in a way that is rare. Luther never tried to copy existing models in a traditionally male-dominated industry. "Instead, she developed her own convincing style – direct, reliable, and tenacious in the best sense," Schwannecke emphasized.

Managing Director Sabrina Luther praised the respectful and trusting cooperation with the board and executive committee. "The close exchange we maintain in all areas, both in our honorary and full-time positions, has strengthened us and contributed to our successes."
