Label Software integrates AI assistants

The software company's "digital assistant" can access customer and project data, automate workflows, and document all processes seamlessly.

It's often numerous small tasks that cost tradespeople valuable working time: quickly adding an address, looking something up, sending a job to a colleague, or finishing up a customer service order. Users of the "Labelwin" software and the "Label Mobile" app can now outsource these tasks to a "virtual employee." The new Label AI assistant takes over daily office and administrative tasks, supports communication and documentation, and offers valuable assistance in everyday work, according to a press release from the Bielefeld-based software company.

The AI assistant can be used both in the office and on the go, and can be launched from any module of the software and app. It is controlled via voice input or text and supports everyday administrative tasks: the AI assistant creates addresses, tasks, and customer service requests, retrieves information and histories, writes emails, and sends notes to customers. Texts are written directly, revised, or translated for employees who speak other languages. According to the company, the assistant's functions are constantly being expanded.

AI in the Trades: On handwerksblatt.de you will find further current application examples for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the trades – for example in our 16-part special feature " Artificial Intelligence in the Trades – an Assistant called KaI " or, for example, in the online articles " Creating and recalculating offers with AI " (software "das programm"), " 'Kiki' is always available " (AI telephone assistant from "Heykiki"), " Chatbot from handz.on provides support in the office and on the construction site " (chatbot from "handz.on") or " Bundling all communication channels in one system " (AI system from the software company "plancraft").

Own development

Nora Bax knows that artificial intelligence is already firmly integrated into the daily routine of many craft businesses. "AI technologies are often used for research, writing emails and texts, or simple translations. We go a step further: the Label AI Assistant is a proprietary development and directly integrated into our software and app," explains the managing director of Label Software . "This allows us to consolidate all data, processes, and workflows in one place and automate daily tasks. The AI Assistant takes care of both the actual task and the documentation and follow-up work."
