Some customers bring their own reusable cups and have their "coffee to go" filled into them. There are a few rules to follow to ensure hygiene. We explain them in the video.

The instructional video is based on a fact sheet for handling reusable coffee-to-go cups, published last year by the German Food Federation, which serves as an industry guideline.
