The new 4Motion all-wheel drive for the ID. Buzz Pro expands its range of applications, particularly through increased towing capacities. The all-wheel-drive version with a standard wheelbase allows for towing capacities of up to 1.800 kilograms (braked, eight percent gradient) . The ID. Buzz Cargo with a long wheelbase also features the 4Motion variant with a towing capacity of up to 1.600 kilograms . The models are equipped with an 80 kWh battery (long wheelbase) or a 79 kWh battery (standard wheelbase).
New software and features
The latest software generation brings numerous digital innovations. These include "Connected Travel Assist" with traffic light recognition, which reacts to traffic light signals in real time and can brake the vehicle to a standstill. Also new is One-Pedal Driving, which allows deceleration and holding the vehicle using only the accelerator pedal.
Thanks to the Vehicle-to-Load function, electrical devices such as e-bikes or tools can be powered directly from the vehicle battery with up to two kilowatts of continuous power. A new infotainment system provides on-demand access to services and apps for audio, video streaming, and other services via an integrated app store.
The operating concept has been optimized by a multifunction steering wheel with redesigned push buttons to make important vehicle, cockpit and infotainment functions more easily accessible.
