Reforestation of forests to preserve drinking water

Only a healthy, green forest can ensure a balanced water supply. However, persistently high temperatures and drought are currently putting forests under pressure. Since water is an essential source of life, Krombacher is supporting the preservation of stable forests with a large-scale reforestation program.

Olesja Mouelhi-Ort was elected by a large majority of the general assembly of the Dortmund Chamber of Skilled Crafts as the next managing director. She will be the first woman to take office, assuming the position on July 1st.

Olesja Mouelhi-Ort will take over the position of CEO of the company on July 1st. Dortmund Chamber of CraftsThe 41-year-old was elected by a large majority of the Chamber's General Assembly. She will be the first woman in this position. Her responsibilities include the strategic and operational management of the administration, the leadership of staff, and the implementation of decisions made by the Presidium, the Executive Board, and the General Assembly.

After studying economic social sciences and graduating with a degree in business administration, Mouelhi-Ort worked in the energy sector from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, she joined the Dortmund Chamber of Skilled Crafts. There, she headed the main department for trade and business development and vocational training advice until 2017. From 2017 onwards, she served as managing director for trade development and vocational training policy.
Later, she took on responsibility for organizational development and communication.

Leader from within the ranks
