Business Day on the topic of artificial intelligence

The annual Entrepreneurs' Day, organized by WHKT, Handwerk.NRW and UVH, will take place on March 19th at the Essen Trade Fair. This year's theme is: "Innovation Spaces and Artificial Intelligence in the Skilled Trades".

The West German Chamber of Crafts (WHKT), Crafts.NRW and the NRW Crafts Entrepreneurs' Association (UVH) are once again hosting their annual Entrepreneurs' Day. This year it will take place on March 19th at the Essen Trade Fair. The theme is: "Innovation Spaces and Artificial Intelligence in the Skilled Trades". 

In two expert panels, the opportunities offered by digital technologies, processes, and business models for craft businesses will be discussed, and innovative application examples of artificial intelligence in various sectors of the craft industry will be presented. The head of the [organization name] will give a keynote address. Heinz Piest Institute for Craft Technology, Christian Welzbacher, together with Matthias Imdahl from Mittelstand Digital Centrum Handwerk and Jens Fiedler from Trade Association Sanitation Heating Air Conditioning NRW introduce the topic.

All craft business owners are invited

In a subsequent panel discussion, the presidents of the trade associations Andreas Ehlert (Handwerk.NRW), Berthold Schröder (WHKT) and Rüdiger Otto (UVH) and the deputy state guild master of the trade association Sanitär Heizung Klima NRW, Hans-Werner Eschrich, discuss the potentials and limits of the use of AI in the trades.
