Following the collapse of the governing coalition between the SPD and the BSW in Brandenburg, the Brandenburg Chamber of Skilled Crafts President Robert Wüst demands reliability for businesses with stable framework conditions.

Brandenburg's Minister-President Dietmar Woidke (SPD) ended the coalition with the BSW after several BSW politicians left his parliamentary group, causing the state government to lose its majority in the state parliament. Robert Wüst, President of the Brandenburg Chamber of Skilled Crafts, subsequently emphasized that stability is the most important priority for businesses.

"For Brandenburg's skilled trades sector, it is clear that the state needs a capable and reliable state government in the current economic situation," he says. "Our businesses depend on clear decisions, predictable framework conditions, and the continuous implementation of political measures – especially in the areas of infrastructure, energy, securing skilled workers, and reducing bureaucracy."

Politicians must remain capable of acting and must not jeopardize the confidence of the business community. Wüst: "Only with reliable structures can the challenges facing the state be tackled together and Brandenburg's economic development strengthened."
